TESTIMONIALS

“Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave to me while I was a ‘patient’ there. You gave me what my body needed but many also provided me what my soul needed as well! Thank you for everything! You are awesome!”

Former TCU Patient

“Thank you all for being so genuine, diligent, and patient. We know that our loved one was well taken care of. It takes special individuals to have a heart like yours and choose to serve others.”

~ Family of a former resident

I will never forget the care I received in the Bethany TCU. Although I loved the attention I received in the TCU, I was, of course, eager to get home. But I am deeply grateful to all the professional care givers who signed the cards I received from Bethany’s outstanding staff. I want to thank all of you for the care and attention you gave me. I am happy to be home but I miss the whole team in Bethany’s TCU!

Perhaps the biggest thing I appreciate is the communication and keeping in touch about different things. CNAs and nurses …speak directly to her even though they don’t get verbal responses. They treat her as a person. It takes someone that is willing to take time with the resident to observe and read body language to find what it is that is concerning her at that point. That’s what they do, they take that time.

Bethany is doing nursing home care the way care is supposed to be done.

Living three hours away was a challenge for _____’s family. We are grateful for all your care and concern for our wife and mother when we couldn’t be here! Our sincere thanks.

To each of you who cared for _________ in any way…THANK YOU. Thank you for your sunny smiles, your kind words, your gentle hands, your boundless patience, and your hearts of grace and kindness. You were her family when we weren’t there (& even when we were), and the care you gave her went over and above what we ever expected. You are all God’s angels on the ground. On days you don’t feel appreciated, I hope you remember this card and feel a little bit better because your gift of yourself has been seen, appreciated, & will never be forgotten. I wish we knew you all by name. But when we pray for you, God will know who we mean to pour out our blessings on.

My thanks to you for all the care and support during my stay at Bethany. Special kudos to ____, ____, _____, and the consistent, faithful night CNA (sorry, I’m bad at names)! Also to _____ and _____ for being responsive when asked… and many other responsive and helpful staff too numerous to name. It was appreciated. _____, _____ and other therapists gave me wonderful help, as well.

I have never been any place that cares so much and a place that the people make you feel so safe and you know they truly care

Thank you all so much, not only for taking such good care of Grandma, but for taking care of everyone that lives there. Without you, some of those folks wouldn’t have anyone. Thank you for being so awesome. Grandma thought you were all so nice. Thank you, and we wish you and your families well.

Willow Lane Memory Unit will forever be in my heart and prayers. The care you gave to _______ was so compassionate and heartfelt. I will miss not seeing you all. You made me feel welcomed. I so admired all the care, the friendliness and the one on one attention you give to all the residents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To…all of the Bethany staff who cared for me during my recovery stay with you. Hope some of you even remember me ‘cause I will always remember you all for your patience with me, your sincere concern, and, above all, your kindness to me. I wish you all a very merry Christmas. p.s. Please share my card with the wonderful physical therapy staff and the kitchen staff who fed me so well.

We want to thank you for the sincerity and compassion you gave us when coming to Bethany. We also want to thank the nursing staff for the attentiveness and caring ways you handled dad with. You were so very good, kind, compassionate, and gentle with him in his last days and hours. You truly are servants and definitely in the right profession of caring for people.

Thank you – to Bethany & the hospice team also – for taking such good care of my mom. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful care mom received – & how caring, loving & attendant you were to her needs – & ours. She was always clean & comfortable & well taken care of, to the very end. Thank you for all you did for her and us. God bless you all!
