Course Overview

- Schedule: Monday – Thursday – times and dates are subject to change
- Location: Bethany on South University classroom / University Campus for clinicals
- Requirements:
- Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last 12 months
- Seasonal flu shot (Sept.–April)
- Social Security card and photo ID required for CNA test
- CNA students must be willing to care for all genders
- Cost:
- CNA Training: Free
- CNA Test: $100
- Payment: PayPal; cash and personal checks not accepted
