Bethany offers transitional care and rehab for anyone that is coming from the hospital and needs more therapy to be healthy, strong, and successful. Follow up appointments and lab-work are taken care of so our patients can be at ease when returning home. Therapy Offered: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
