Jenny Kinder, MDS Coordinator at Bethany on 42nd, has received certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator – Certified (RAC-CT) through the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination.
A native of Barnesville, MN, Kinder earned Associate of Science in Nursing – LPN degree from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Detroit Lakes and her Associates of Science in Nursing – RN degree from MSCTC in Moorhead. She started at Bethany Retirement Living in 2009 as a registered nurse and became MDS Coordinator in 2014.
RAC-CT certification is the nationally recognized standard in resident assessment in the long-term care nursing profession. Certified individuals have demonstrated their expertise in skilled nursing facility prospective payment system and minimum data set assessment.
