- Visitors with confirmed COVID-19 infection or compatible symptoms should defer non-urgent in-person visitation until they meet CDC criteria for healthcare settings to end isolation.
- For visitors who have had close contact with someone with COVID-19 infection, it is safest to defer non-urgent in-person visitation until 10 days after their close contact.
- Visitors may wear a mask if they choose to. If visitors choose to wear a mask, they must provide a mask themselves.
- Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
- To keep residents healthy and safe please consider getting vaccinated and boosted as soon as you are able. If you have not been vaccinated, please consider getting tested before you visit. You can obtain free at home Covid-19 testing kits by visiting www.covidtests.gov.
- All visitors must sanitize upon entering the building, during their visit, and when exiting the building. Please bring personal hand sanitizer with you if you can.
- All visitors must limit their visitation to only the room of the resident/patient they are visiting.
- If the family member/person being visited is in a Semi-Private room, please visit with them in a common area outside of their room on their household/unit.
- During peak times of visitation (ex. Holidays and events), please try to practice physical distancing.
*Close contact is defined as being within 6 feet or within the same room for more than 15 minutes while not wearing recommended personal protective equipment (i.e. respirator, eye protection) or having direct contact with infectious secretions of a COVID-19 case (being coughed/sneezed on).
