Nominations are being sought for the 2020 Senior of the Year (SOTY) awards. Nomination materials are available at www.senioroftheyear.org.
The Senior of the Year recognizes those aged 65 and over who have made an outstanding contribution to enrich the social, cultural or civic life of our community. Nominees will be people who have made this region a better place to live. They must be residents of Cass or Richland County (ND) or Clay County (MN) or have made a contribution to this area.
Categories for SOTY awards include Business Person, Community Involvement, Education/Arts, Faith, and Healthcare/Wellness. The nomination deadline is August 1.
The Annual Senior of the Year Award banquet will be held at 5:30pm on Thursday, September 24, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fargo.
